Premier Expatriate Services is a second generation family-owned, full service property management firm servicing greater Houston and its surrounding areas.

We have been in business since 1995 and originally catered to executives in the energy industry who retained us to manage their homes after being transferred overseas for work. Since that time, our client base has broadened to include investors and everyday property owners of all descriptions who want to enjoy the advantages and income their properties provide without dealing with all of the headaches and hassles involved in managing it.

Our 25 years of experience in managing all types of properties means there are very few maintenance or legal situations we haven’t encountered before. Our experience has also allowed us to build a network of contractors and repairmen who produce first-rate work at reasonable prices. Lastly, our decision to focus solely on property management means that we can work with your own realtor or recommend one if needed without any conflict of interest.

Our priority at Premier Expatriate Services is communication. We want you, the property owner, to rest comfortably in the knowledge that your property is in good hands. We also want our tenants to feel secure knowing that their property manager is local and just a phone call away.
